This coffee is from Behatu Jibicho estate, a woman owned & managed coffee farm. If you like a lighter roast with rich complexity, here is your coffee. Bursting with bright berry flavor reminiscent of fresh picked raspberries. Hints of lavender and apricot blossom, with a rich buttercream finish. These beans are from heirloom coffee trees in the southern part of Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee. We roast this medium light: City roast.
