A clean, smooth, and low acid coffee, and full flavored despite this! Aerobatics of Jasmine and caramel apple, balance with rich flavors of toasted malt and roasted cacao. A hint of mango and milk chocolate add complexity to the finish. From a farming cooperative (SOAC) located in the tropical hills of central Papua New Guinea. Being part of SOAC gives the farmers better access to markets and processing equipment. Full City roast (medium-dark).
